Meet the Founder
Yves Desgagné, Founder & CTO
I started Cloud Officer in 2011 after spending 15 years leading engineering teams at companies like HP, Verint, and Tamaggo, managing groups of 50 to 200+ people across Montreal, Boston, California, Israel, India, and beyond.
I've shipped consumer electronics, video surveillance systems, telecom infrastructure, and medical devices. Most recently, I led the development of a Health Canada-approved AI-powered medical device as CTO at Innodem Neurosciences, from early R&D through ISO 13485 and ISO 27001 certification.
I still write code. I still architect systems. And I still believe the best way to lead a technical team is to understand what they're building.
